<p>The Wall Street Technology group (WSITM, Seamless Shifts) is looking for a reliable and independant Operations Manager to support the management team with helping with the day-to-day business operations. The OA’s responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, working directly with the CEO, completing accurate and detailed f data entry, meeting scheduling, meeting preparation, and general business activities as they arise.</p><p>A successful OA should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.&nbsp; This position is fast paced and requires good organizational skills to take things to the finish line. The OA is responsible for managing several internal projects at a time, depending on size and complexity.</p><p>Minimum 2 years working in a professional setting. The PM’s responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, managing vendors, procuring hardware, scheduling labor and ensuring smooth installation for projects in NYC and sometimes nationally.</p><p>A successful PM should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.&nbsp; This position is fast paced and requires good organizational skills to take things to the finish line. The PM is responsible for managing several projects at a time, depending on size and complexity.</p><p>Minimum 2 years working in a professional setting.
